This project reinforced the importance of building user-centered features that offer value beyond aesthetics
Living Room
For the living room, we started by setting a calm and inviting base with soft neutral wall tones. Once that foundation was in place, we brought in a deep navy sofa to add a bold yet balanced touch of personality. To keep the space feeling open and uncluttered, we designed a sleek, low-height media unit that blends in without overpowering the room. With these choices, the living room now feels warm, modern, and effortlessly comfortable — a space that looks great and feels even better to live in.
Bedroom
The bedroom was designed as a true retreat, prioritizing calm and rest above all else. We anchored the space with a custom, upholstered headboard in textured linen, complemented by layers of soft, organic bedding for a cloud-like feel. Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains maximize natural light during the day while ensuring privacy and softness in the evening. To maintain the room's serenity, we incorporated concealed, built-in storage, keeping the lines clean and the focus purely on tranquility and quiet luxury.
Dining Area
The goal for the kitchen was to achieve a space that is both highly functional for a demanding cook and beautiful enough for entertaining. We opted for handleless, matte-finish cabinetry in a light grey to establish a streamlined, monolithic look. The large central island, topped with a dramatic, veined stone, provides ample workspace and becomes the primary gathering spot. High-end, integrated appliances and subtle under-cabinet lighting ensure the clean aesthetic is preserved, resulting in a minimalist yet warm hub of the home.
